Historic mansion lost to the flames

Jared Beaman A 130 year old homestead located at the Glen Alpine estate on the outskirts of Werris Creek has burnt down. Fire was detected by a police patrol in Werris Creek not long after midnight on October 8. Local Rural Fire Service (RFS) units were notified and quickly dispatched to deal with the incident.
